• The American Association of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems (AAIHDS) was formed in 1993 to serve the interests and needs of evolving and mature Integrated Delivery Systems. Members include IPA’s, MSO’s, PHO’s, Super-PHO’s, PSO’s, PSN's and other emerging and mature Integrated Delivery Systems.
• As health care markets mature, providers will consolidate to deliver Integrated Patient Care. Our mission is to help these Integrated Delivery Systems be successful in their markets through education, communication, and research – all intended to help these IDS’s provide a high quality, cost-effective continuum of care.
• Our vision is to provide a dynamic, interactive partnership, both now and into the 21^st century for IDS executives, physicians, medical directors, and other health care professionals, as well as employers and other payers, and to proactively ensure value based health care in Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems.
